Verdant Airworks Limited
1. Validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
2. Scope of Work
All work will be carried out as described in the quote and any accompanying spray plan or site assessment. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
3. Chemicals & Materials
Unless specified otherwise, chemicals are to be supplied by the client. If Verdant Airworks supplies chemicals, these will be charged at cost plus a 15% handling margin.
4. Access & Site Conditions
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access for drone operations, including clear paddocks, unlocked gates, and appropriate stock management. Verdant Airworks is not liable for delays or costs arising from inaccessible or unsafe sites.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges at 2% per month.
6. Liability & Safety
All operations are conducted in accordance with CAA regulations, agrichemical best practice, and health and safety requirements. Verdant Airworks carries professional liability insurance but accepts no responsibility for pre-existing damage, or for environmental impacts outside of operational control.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled job may incur a call-out fee to cover travel and preparation costs. Jobs may be rescheduled or extended in the event of adverse weather or safety concerns.
8. Confidentiality
All quotations, pricing, and supporting documents provided by Verdant Airworks are confidential and intended solely for the recipient. These materials may not be copied, disclosed, or distributed to any third party without our prior written consent. Breach of this obligation may result in withdrawal of the quotation and/or refusal of future services.
9. Intellectual Property
All orthomosaic imagery, processed map outputs, GIS deliverables, and spatial data produced by Verdant Airworks Ltd in the course of a job remain the intellectual property of Verdant Airworks Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commencement of work.
Deliverables provided to clients are licensed for the client’s own use in connection with the specific job for which they were produced. They may not be reproduced, passed on to third parties (including other contractors, agencies, or consultants), or used for purposes other than those agreed at the time of engagement, without our prior written consent.
If you require extended licensing arrangements — for example, for use in a resource consent application, public report, or third-party deliverable — please contact us to discuss.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quote or engaging Verdant Airworks to undertake work, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
